Delivery
Subject to product availability, your product will be delivered within 5 working days. Postage and packing charges to the United Kingdom are: as those set out by the Royal Mail.
For multiple products purchased at the same time, you will be charged the postage and packing amount for the individual product with the highest postage and packing cost.

Payment Options
When placing an order on this website, you may elect to pay in full or, if your total order meets the amounts listed below, use our convenient, instalment payment plan, with no interest charges from Lantern Productions. A debit or credit card is required for the instalment payment plan and your card will be charged each month with 0% finance charge from Bose. In the event of a late payment, credit/debit card company interest charges may apply
Instalment payment requirements:
5-month instalment plan: Minimum order total: £200 (excluding postage & packing)
5 or 10-month instalment plan: Minimum order total: £275 (excluding postage & packing)
The product price, VAT and postage & packing costs are spread evenly across each monthly payment. Lantern Productions will dispatch your product order upon receipt of the first instalment payment (subject to availability). Price and/or payment plan subject to change without notice.
Satisfaction Guarantee In the event that you wish to return the product purchased on this web site during the 30 day trial period, please contact Lantern Productions.
Product must be returned in its original condition.
Warranty
We offer a two-year guarantee against defects in materials or workmanship. If your product is not satisfactory in accordance with the terms of the warranty please contact Lantern Productions on +44(0) 7977 900 715 or email to admin@lantern-productions.co.uk.
Limitation of Liability
These limits do not supersede your statutory rights. For products purchased on this site, except for claims of personal injury or death, the maximum liability of Lantern Productions shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the product. Lantern Productions shall not be liable for special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

UK Customers
If you purchased any Lantern Productions product in the UK from this web site, any contract between us will be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract.
